New AMG Line Mercedes-Benz V-Class Rolls Out in Spring
Giancarlo Perlas January 16, 2016The new Marco Polo AMG Line based from the Mercedes-Benz V-Class will be coming out in spring this year, according to Daimler. The camper will be among the highlights of the International Exhibition for Caravanning, Motoring and Tourism (CMT) 2016.
The new AMG Line package for the Marco Polo presents a couple of visual enhancements that make the V-Class more sporty. It also offers ex factory options that cater to the individual preferences of its buyers.
The V-Class camper features new air inlets, diamond mesh, chrome trim, front lip spoiler, and diffuser. The latest AMG Line package gives it a lowered sports suspension bringing its base down to 15 millimeters with a pulled back spring and damper. Owners can install the optional AGILITY CONTROL suspension mode with it for better driving performance. In addition, it comes with a 17-inch braking system and brake calipers.
Going inside, the package provides silver chrome air vents, aluminum sports pedals, and carbon fiber visual trim together with its high-end leather surfaces.
Based on the media site of Daimler, the AMG Line is available for all the three engine variants of the Marco polo namely the 136 hp, 163 hp and 190 hp versions of the van.
Due to the safety, performance, comfort, and luxury elements present in the V-Class Marco Polo, the van is receiving the “Compact Camper Van of the Year 2016” during the CMT event in Stuttgart.
