Lewis Hamilton Talks About F1 While Taking The Mercedes-Benz CLA For A Spin

Lewis Hamilton recently became a part of the Mercedes AMG Petronas team following his transfer from McLaren. And on his first day with the Mercedes team at Stuttgart, Hamilton was requested to do a promotional video for the latest Mercedes-Benz CLA.

The company indicated that seeing Hamilton driving on the Mercedes-Benz CLA and talking about his career as a Formula 1 driver was better compared to see him lounging in the office. He revealed his being associated with Mercedes since he was around thirteen years old or ever since 1997. He also said that the car was responsive, elegant and classy.

Hamilton also said his training started after Christmas as he prepared for the 2013 season. He also said that he will collaborate closely with the team as they try to get a podium finish. Hamilton also revealed that it was a privilege for him to be a part of the Mercedes team since it is a prestigious brand.

Lewis Hamilton also said that representing over a quarter of a million employees of Mercedes-Benz is both a responsibility and a source of pride.

The promotional video for the Mercedes-Benz CLA was the first for Lewis Hamilton, although some industry observers are hoping that he will not get carried away with the commercial side of his career.
