BenzInsider Giving Away Windows Vista

The BenzInsider Team is giving away a copy of Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium to anyone who simply registers in our Forum. Please head over to the registration page and just follow the steps to enter the contest. You will have until Sept 30th to register.

Official Rules

Eligibility: The BenzInsider Giveaway is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada and are 18 years of age or older (or are 13 years old to 18 years old, with parental consent). Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

1. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by the BenzInsider Team.

2. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins Monday, 8/29/2008 and ends Sunday, at 11:59PM EST on 9/30/2008

4. Entry: During the Entry Period, registering in our forum (using a valid email address) and leaving a comment. Submission will result in one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person. Subsequent entries from the same person will be removed from the entry database. Any use of automated software to submit registrations will void all entries submitted by that person.

5. Drawing: After September 30, 2008, we will select the name of one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be contacted via email and will be asked to provide their mailing address. If a potential winner does not respond within three (3) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, then we will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all entries received during the Entry Period.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Microsoft Windows Vista Home Edition (upgrade version). BenzInsider will also not be held responsible for any technical support or faults associated with Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium. Any questions or defects found with the Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium with the companies who manufacture the product.

Terms and Conditions

The contest is open to all US residents. International registrations will be accepted, but will not be considered in the drawing.
The actual Windows Vista Home Premium box will be labeled with a “Not for Resale” label.
This contest will run for a limited period and the conditions for selection of the winner will be as per BenzInsider and their decision will be binding and final.
Participants are required to provide an accurate email address. Their email address will be used to get in contact with them.
You agree to abide by the rules concerning lotteries or sweepstakes or other such legal requirements applicable to your state of residency and you are solely responsible for participating in the draw. BenzInsider is not liable for any infringement of such laws applicable to your state of residency.
The draw will be made from the forum registrations made during the validity period of the offer.
The offer is valid till 9/30/2008
By submitting an entry in the contest, the contestant agrees to the terms and conditions of participation. The contestant further affirms expressly that by submitting the entry, he or she is not violating any rights of third parties and that he or she is the author of the entry.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to assume responsibility for any further actions (like costs) connected with it. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for injuries and damages and loss incurred by persons and/or property in connection with a prize awarded.
Prizes are neither transferable nor can they be exchanged/ redeemed for cash or any other non-monetary consideration.
The decision of BenzInsider shall be final in all respects and no communication shall be entertained.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bellevue, Washington.
BenzInsider reserves the right to change, alter, withdraw or cancel this Contest at any time, without any prior intimation.
The prize would be delivered after announcing the winner on the BenzInsider website and there will be a delivery time that will depend on the provider chosen by BenzInsider.
