Smart

The smart fortwo has gotten off to a bad start it seems, as news is braking that Mercedes is recalling the new fortwo due to steering problems. 1650 customers will have to take their vehicles to their local dealers to repair the problem, as the drivers may not be able to steer the car properly. The actual problem lies with a retaining ring that the US manufacturer, Delphi, failed to properly install. The affected models were built between May 19 and June 6th 2007.

This was destined to happen, I mean when you buy parts from a almost “bankrupt” company, you can bet that they will be cutting corners to save some money. Here is a solution. Buy from Bosch next time :)
