Mercedes-AMG Project One Photo Teased Ahead of the IAA

In two days, the Frankfurt Motor Show (IAA) will finally kick off. One of the most anticipated vehicles in the event is the Mercedes-AMG Project One. To further boost the hype for the upcoming hypercar, another teaser photo of it was officially released which can be seen above. According to Daimler, Project One highlights the 50th anniversary of AMG. The hypercar features a hybrid powertrain derived from Mercedes’ current Formula One technology. We are only 11 days away from the International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt. The performance division of the three-pointed star brand will be making an impact at the start of the event with the unveiling of the Mercedes-AMG Project One. Examining the Engine of the Mercedes-AMG Project One Hypercar

New details regarding the engine of the Mercedes-AMG Project One hypercar was just released by its maker. As reported earlier, the auto will be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show this year. According to Motor, the Project One will take on the likes of the Aston Martin Valkyrie. AMG CEO Tobias Moers claimed that the auto will be the first street-legal car to carry a Formula One engine. The AMG hypercar will be equipped with a 1.6-liter turbocharged V6 engine matched with electric motors. Each front wheel has an electric motor with 120 kW output.
