Wolff and Lowe Tell Mercedes Drivers to Be Relentless

Mercedes drivers Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg have been nothing short of impressive during the first four races of the season. So far, Rosberg is leading the overall Formula One scorecards with 79 points and Hamilton is trailing closely with only a four-point deficit from his teammate. The closest among Mercedes’ rivals to its drivers is Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso with 41 points, which is 34 points lagging behind Hamilton. It was recently revealed that Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg were allowed to race other during the Grand Prix held in Bahrain. In an article from BBC Sport, it appeared that Toto Wolff and Paddy Lowe were also entertaining themselves with the on-track rivalry of Hamilton and Rosberg. Paddy Lowe’s entry to Mercedes-Benz team came with rumors that he will be replacing Ross Brawn as the principal. In fact, this has been going on since news leaked that he will be jumping to the team. Lowe Set To Go To Mercedes Team This June

Finally, all is set for Paddy Lowe to join the F1 team of Mercedes-Benz. In a recent report by BBC Sport, the McLaren technical director has been granted an early release by his team. That means, he will start his new job at Mercedes in June 3 this year which is 6 months earlier than what was anticipated by everyone. In a statement by Mercedes, Lowe will work hand-in-hand with the team principal, Ross Brawn. The company also explained that Brawn will resume all his work with the sporting and technical matters to clear out the speculations that Lowe might be replacing him.
