Brabus recently unveiled its new project involving the 2016 Mercedes-AMG GT S. The famous German tuner specializing in autos bearing the three-pointed star marque gave the car a significant boost in its power as well as a few visual enhancements. The Mercedes-AMG GT S already packs quite a kick in its 4.0-liter biturbo V8 engine. To be exact, it is packing 503 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque. Mated with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox with manual shifting mode and fitted with a light armor, it is capable of building speed from zero to 62 mph in only 3.8 seconds. Ever since the Mercedes-AMG GT was launched by the German luxury vehicle manufacturer, a number of design modifications have emerged enhancing not only its appearance but its performance as well. A report from gtspirit.com revealed that Mcchip-DKR unveiled its own tuning program for the luxury super car. The Stage 1 package for the AMG GT and AMG GT S features an optimized ECU that increases the power output and torque of both models. Renntech recently fitted one of their custom Mercedes-AMG GT S with their signature sport system. The result was a sound like it is the fourth of July, if you found yourself beside the car while it is revving its engine. Not so long ago Renntech tinkered with the 4.0-liter biturbo AMG V8 engine of the Mercedes-AMG GT S to boost its output. From the 503 hp and 650 Nm torque of the car, the famous aftermarket tuner was able to bring its output to 591 hp and 693 Nm torque.
