It has a body-on-frame chassis and 50-year-old origins—Mercedes clearly did not intend for it to be a performance car. The 2016 Mercedes G65 AMG was finally confirmed to go on sale in the United States. According to World Car Fans, the perfomance version of the G-Wagen will be rolled out in dealerships in November. Now, brace yourself for the price, because the source and other reports claimed it will have a starting price of $217,900 plus the $925 destination and delivery fee, for a total of $218,825.
