Mercedes Spoke About the Poor Crash Rating of the new Mercedes C-Class

A new frontal crash test was developed by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety and most luxury cars; including Mercedes-Benz did not get a good grade. According to CBS News, the test is designed to simulate what happened in a collision with a car, a pole or tree. The B-Class, M-Class and C-Class Coupe Passed the NCAP Crash Test

Mercedes-Benz’ new car models, the B-, M- and C-Class Coupe were awarded the best in the crash test based on the European New Car Assessment Program (NCAP). Both the B- and the M- Class are the best in their categories while the C-Class Coupe got the prime rating of five stars for outstanding occupant protection. Other Mercedes’ innovations were also given awards.
