Couple Sues for Being Too Scared to Drive Their Mercedes-Benz S-Class
A Vancouver couple sued Mercedes-Benz Richmond for refusing to fix a steering wheel defect in their Mercedes-Benz S-Class. The S550 was purchased brand new in 2017, and since then, it only logged 6,500 kilometers in its odometer. The car remained in their garage for almost three years because the owners claimed that they were too afraid to drive it. According to Vancouver Sun, the complainants were the couple Datong Fang and Guifang Ho. The report said they bought the S550 for $160,000 in the spring of 2017.
