Mercedes-Benz C200 CDI Estate Emissions Higher Than Limit – German Lobby Group
The emission test result for the Mercedes-Benz C200 CDI Estate published by DUH, an environmental lobby group from Germany, was described “questionable” by Daimler, as shown on a report from wroldcarfans.com. The press release issued by Deutsche Umwelthilfe or DUH showed the nitrogen oxide emissions of the C200 CDI Estate was twice the legal limits according to Euro 5 regulations. The University of Applied Sciences conducted the tests in Bern, Switzerland. The same university conducted similar tests on an Opel Zafira and a Renault Espace.
