Drool-Worthy C63 AMG Black Series Video

We recently reported that Australians have bought out the entire allocation for that continent’s C63 AMG Black Series within weeks of its announcement. And to show the rest of the world what a desirable animal it is, here’s  a video of it to further whet our appetites. To recall, the C63 Black Series has been blessed by AMG with a 6.3-litre V8 developing 517 horsepower. 457 lb.ft. of tire melting torque accompanies that output, with the company’s AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed  rounding out the powertrain. 19-inch wheels and a sports exhaust round out the aggressive-looking and -sounding package. Australians Buy Out C63 AMG Black Series

On the heels of the news that Mercedes beat BMW in North American sales last month comes another uplifting report, this time from the land down under. There, the entire allocation for the C63 AMG Black Series has been snapped up. Announced only in the first week of November and for delivery in April 2012, the overwhelming response has caught the local managers there by surprise. C63 AMG Estate Black Series Spyshots

Some people are suckers for fast station wagons and we at BenzInsider are not averse to a well sorted one, specially if it’s a smallish estate, as they’re more commonly known now. Auto Evolution has reported capturing a C63 AMG Black Series prototype in the flesh with the pictures to prove it. As the bigger Audi S6 and M5 Touring cars have demonstrated, there is a niche market for these types of cars which a Black Series Estate can perfectly fill. Flared fenders front and rear with upgraded brakes and huge wheels. Carbon fiber body work that makes it lighter. An upgrade on power of up to 650bhp. What is this? The SLS AMG Black Series, a lighter and faster gullwing vehicle that will retain its 6.2 liter V8 was spotted in Nurburgring. Mercedes AMG has not only unveiled a new site, but has also create a superb micro-site for the new Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG Black Series. Besides the slow loading time (probably due to the heavy use of flash and animation one the micro-site) users will be able to explore the specs and learn everything there is about the SL 65 Black Series. They use a science-like “elements” table to portray the different performance and style components.
