Mercedes-Benz just released a new golf car inspired by its sports cars. The automaker calls it the “Mercedes-Benz Style Edition Garia Golf Car.” The three-pointed star brand imbued the golf car with several luxury, tech and performance features to boost its functionality and provide convenience to its occupant.
The car uses the platform provided by cart manufacturer Garia. Then it integrates the design cues of Mercedes.
The Mercedes-Benz Style Edition Garia Golf Car gets a large, curved windscreen providing its driver and passenger a wider view of its front. In addition, the roof is made of carbon-fiber to make it lighter. Furthermore, the cart has a small rear spoiler and golf bag holder.
The other features of the cart includes glass plus bottle holders, refrigerator located under the seats and stowage tray for golf ball storage. A large 10.1-inch touchpad is installed in the middle of the dashboard to offer the car’s occupants information about the auto, mapping of its surroundings, and other pertinent data about the car’s immediate environment.
The Mercedes-Benz Style Edition Garia Golf Car is propelled by an electric motor. It provides the auto an output of three up to eleven kilowatts. The numbers allow the cart to gain a top speed of 30 km/h. The lithium-ion battery of the car lets it cover up to 80 kilometers at full charge.
