Recently, we reported that smart has designed it’s own iPhone app and will be launching it in summer along with an iPhone cradle. The smart cradle for the iPhone will cost €240 ($325), which includes tax and installation cost. The app will also be available at the App Store at a one-off price of $9.99 for the basic version. The navigation upgrade with up-to-date maps costs $49.99 per year. AutoSpies had a chance to get a hands on preview of the app and the cradle at this years New York Auto Show.
