During their visit in Germany, Prince Albert II of Monaco and Princess Charlene visited the Mercedes-Benz Museum.
In their visit, they were regaled to a tour that took them back to where the automotive industry started. And because Prince Albert II is a classic car enthusiast and owner, he was naturally enchanted by the collection that he found in the museum. Other than that, he seems impressed with the development and research work that is being done in all the cars of Mercedes-Benz. The couple, the report said, particularly liked the environmental friendliness, sustainability and renewable forms of energy that is being put in the car models. They saw, not only the industry’s history, but also the future of it.
Dr. Joachim Schmidt, Member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Cars, Sales and Marketing said, “We are very honored that Prince Albert II and his wife visited the Mercedes-Benz Museum during their first official visit to Germany and have taken the opportunity to find out more about our road to emission-free mobility.”
