The GTZ 650 upgrade kit was introduced recently by RevoZport for the Mercedes-AMG GT S, as shown on a report from gtspirit.com. The upgrade kit was developed at the London engineering division of the tuning specialist from China. It increases the power output of the twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine of the AMG GT S from 502 HP to 650 HP. The new ECU mapping of the kit along with a free-flow intake system and titanium exhaust system made this power increase possible
To put things in proper perspective, the new AMG GT R offers a power output of 585. This means the package essentially allows the AMG GT S to surpass the power output of the recently unveiled luxury sports car.
Aside from the performance upgrade, RevoZport also gave the AMG GT S a visual makeover through its aero kit. It provided the luxury sports car a new front splitter, new front canards and a fixed GT wing or a duckbill rear spoiler. The Mercedes-Benz SLS Black Series served as the inspiration for the upgrade kit, which enhanced the grip and downforce of the AMG GT S.
The Mercedes-AMG GT S also receives mirror cover elements and a carbon front grill while the interior was given a new carbon fiber paddle shifter.
