Mansory Unleashes the Power of the Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe

Mansory is notorious for giving cars outrageous boost in their performance. This is what they just did to the new Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe.

Performance

The 2018 Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe is already packing a lot of power in its 4.0-liter biturbo V8 engine. The unit produces 469 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque allowing it to sprint from 0-60 mph in just 3.9 seconds and gain an electronically-limited top speed of 155 mph.

The Mercedes-AMG C63 S Coupe raises the bar with its 503 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque coming from the same engine. The numbers lets it rip from 0-60 mph in just 3.8 seconds.

Now, what Mansory did was install an additional ECU into the car plus a new sports exhaust system. Then, they removed the speed limiter of the auto.

The resulting output from the upgrades to the AMG C63 Coupe was 650 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque. The max speed of the car was also increased to 193 mph after the removal of its limiter.

Design

Complementing the transformation of the AMG C63 Coupe are the new front lip spoiler, air intakes, carbon fiber side mirror caps, side sills, boot lip, roof spoiler, carbon diffuser, and stainless twin exhaust tips from Mansory. In addition, the tuner provides 20-inch lightweight M5 forged wheels wrapped in high-performance 225/35R20 front tires and 255/30R20 rear tires.

Mansory offers interior upgrades too. Buyers have the option to go for leather, Alcantara, carbon, wood or piano trims for the surfaces of the vehicle’s cabin. They can get aluminum pedals, illuminated door sills and custom floor mats as well.

Compared to the works done by Mansory to other Mercedes cars like the their AMG GT, the upgrades they did to the AMG C63 Coupe was milder.
