Modified Mercedes-Benz SL Roadster Of Michael Schumacher Available For Sale

A 1986 Mercedes-Benz SL roadster was put up for sale with a price tag of around $334,000 or €300,000, as shown on a report from autoevolution.com. The price may appear too high, but this particular SL-Class has gone through the hands of AMG, which essentially increased its value. Another thing to consider is the fact that these changes were requested by racing legend Michael Schumacher. This particular 560SL now features a 6.0-liter V8 engine after AMG replaced its original engine. The new engine is the same one used on the 300E 6.0 facelift. Mercedes-Benz announced, through the Daimler Global Media Site that it will be sponsoring the Mille Miglia this year. The event will also highlight the best classic cars of the brand. The Mille Miglia 2016 will be held on May 19 to 22. The event will run from Brescia and Rome. The history of the Mille Miglia event and Mercedes-Benz come a long way. The optional Night Package for the Mercedes-Benz SLC was unveiled recently following the launch of the SLK facelift a few weeks ago, as shown on a report from worldcarfans.com. The optional Night Package can give the latest roadster offering of Mercedes-Benz a number of cosmetic enhancements for an extra cost. The package can be installed on the SLC180, SLC200, SLC250d and SLC300. It is also available for the SLC43. Non-AMG models of the SLC come with a chrome-finished “diamond” radiator grille in front along black high-gloss accents along the louvre.
