World-renowned tuners Brabus and Fostla recently joined forces to give the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S a new look and engine boost. The upgrade takes the output of the car to supercar level, which is enough to rival the newly-unveiled Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S E Performance 4-Door at the Munich Motor Show.
First, the Brabus PowerXtra B40S-800 performance package puts the overall output of the Merc’s 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine to 800 hp and 737 lb-ft of torque. The added power lets the auto sprint from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.9 seconds while its speed tops at 196 mph.
Meanwhile, the Brabus body kit provides a more aggressive front bumper, a huge rear diffuser, and Brabus badges to the car. These are topped off with Monoblock Z forged wheels that measure 21×10.5 at the front and 22×12 at the rear. These are wrapped in 275/35 and 335/25 Pirelli P Zero tires for the front and back, respectively. To support the added power and new wheels, the specialist also complements the upgrades with new brake calipers.
Next, Fostla follows it up with a unique body wrap in “Badlands Green” with copper accents providing contrasting highlights for some parts of the wheels, center caps, brake calipers, rear diffuser, and vertical slats on the front grille. The tuner lowers the ride height of the vehicle with a new suspension kit too.
Lastly, the cabin showcases a couple of cosmetic enhancements highlighted by the Rolls-Royce-inspired star-dotted headliner, which enhances the mood in the cabin of the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S.
