Mercedes-Benz Again Offers Genuine Spare Parts for the 300 SL

The Global Media Site of Daimler announced that Mercedes-Benz will be offering genuine spare parts for the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL (W 198) again. This is to allow owners of its gullwing and roadster variants to be able to restore their units with utmost authenticity.
Parts for the standard rear-axle gear ratio of 1:3.64 have always been available. But it should be noted that it has been decades since the bevel gears and crown wheels for the W 198 rear axles have ran out. But thanks to a very costly reproduction process, as Daimler said, owners of the classic Mercedes can now have access to the mentioned spare parts of the 300 SL in order to ensure the highest level of restoration for their cars.
In addition to these, Mercedes is also offering the same parts for the Pagoda (W 113) produced from 1963 to 1971, 300 S and 300 Sc (W 189) made from 1951 to 1958, 300 series from (W 189) 1951 to 1962, and the 600 series (W 100) released from 1963 to 1981.
Furthermore, the corresponding sets are in stock for the S-Class predecessors like the 1959 t0 1968 W 112/112, 1965 to 1972 W 108/109, and the models produced just after World War II during the years starting 1946 to 1955 like the 170 V, 170 D, 170 S, 170 S-V, and the 170 S-D.
