Mercedes Goes Where the Money Is

BrandWeek is reporting that Mercedes will exclusively sponsor a real estate program aimed at high-end property owners and buyers that will show on Resort Sports Network, which distributes programming at resorts in 12 states and more than 100 locations throughout the U.S.

Mercedes will partner with the Portland, Maine-based network to present “Destination Real Estate,” a 30-minute show that features multimillion-dollar homes that are up for sale, primarily as second homes or vacation spots.

Yet another great move that will have possible benefits for the brand and the company. When we look at this tactic a bit closer, it turns out to be very logical; I mean Mercedes sells expensive and luxurious cars, people who have money and love luxury are watching those channels, see the connection. We’ll see how everything turns out.
