Mercedes-Benz of Collierville becomes the second dealership of the German automaker in the Memphis area. The first is the Mercedes-Benz of Memphis dealership.
This new dealership is owned by a father-and-daughter tandem: Dennis Higginbotham and Trudy Higginbotham-Moody. They believe they can make the location a place that’s great to do business in, based on extensive research they’ve conducted.
This also happens to be the third dealership for them, the first two being in Jackson, Mississippi and in Myrtle Beach. The two say that they are consistently among the top 15 percent of Mercedes dealers, particularly where the Jackson dealership is concerned.
Apart from the sizeable showroom, the new Collierville facility will also offer service and parts. The showroom will be furnished with a lounge area for customers and prospective buyers, an accounting office, a finance center, and even a fitness center.
