New Professional Line Exterior Package for the Mercedes G-Class Now Available

For those who are looking for genuine, off-road, body kit upgrades for their Mercedes-Benz G-Class, the three-pointed star marque recently unveiled its new Professional Line Exterior for the iconic SUV. The optional package adds a rugged look to the auto without compromising its original classy and luxurious features.
The Professional Line follows the same formula as its previous iteration for the last-gen Mercedes G-Class. This one features a “G manufacktur orange magno” paintwork for its body with “night black magno” accents highlighting its body lines and providing a contrasting look for some of its key parts like the front grille, side mirror caps, bumpers, running boards, fenders, roof rack, spare wheel cap, and wheels. The blackened areas are courtesy of the optional Night package. Customers can also add a towing hitch in the mix.
The new Professional Line adds exclusive stone guard grilles for the circular headlamps, mud flaps for all wheels, roof rack, spare wheel cover, and 5-spoke wheels measuring 18-inches and wrapped in chunky off-road tires. The roof rack has a provision for a roof tent setup giving it a semi-off-road camper van functionality.
The interior benefits from black leather upholstery and open-pore ash veneer with black tinting too. These can be further customized based on the preferences of buyers. The optional add-ons include ambient lighting with 64 colors and dark-tinted glass, among others.
Mercedes is yet to announce the pricing of the new Professional Line but it is estimated to cost around $5,000. Unfortunately, US customers won’t be getting their hands on this one. Aside from the mentioned package, two other body kits for Mercedes G-Class customization are available, namely the Exclusive Line and AMG Line.
