Giancarlo Perlas October 8, 2019

These will certainly come as a huge treat for Mercedes-Benz collectors. Recently, Mercedes opened up two of its rare units in the market through its All Time Stars service. The gems come in the form of the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Final Edition and the Mercedes-Benz SL Mille Miglia Edition.

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Final Edition

The SLS AMG GT Final Edition not only marked the end of the SLS range’s production, but the roadster is also one of the last cars in the production line to use Mercedes’ naturally-aspirated 6.2-liter M159 V8 engine. The power unit was capable of producing up to 583 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque. It was eventually replaced by Mercedes’ twin-turbo V8 when the Mercedes-AMG GT came out in 2014.

The SLS AMG GT Final Edition was among the last 350 units of SLS coupes and roadster ever made by Mercedes. It’s now available for €445,890.

Mercedes-Benz SL Mille Miglia Edition

Another exceptional find in the bunch is the SL Mille Miglia Edition costing €66,890. As indicated by its name, the car pays homage to the traditional Mille Miglia event that started in 1927.

The SL 320 model is among the 12 SL Mille Miglia Edition units built by Mercedes. What makes it stand out from the normal year 2000 model of SL cars is its special Mille Miglia badges, and embossing saying that it is one of the 12 cars produced in that particular edition. The SL 320 carries a 3.2-liter V6 engine with 221 hp, which is Mercedes’ top of the line engine during its era.
