If you are looking for a van that you can take with you on your future camping trip, you might want to check out the Mercedes-Benz Roadtrek CS. The auto uses the long wheelbase version of the Sprinter platform and combines it with the amenities found in an RV to provide its occupants a comfortable and enjoyable outdoor adventure.

The price of the Roadtrek CS starts at $129,714. It’s quite a sum but that’s still around $30,000 less than the Mercedes-Maybach S600 which has a lot of high-end comfort features but lacks a toilet when you need one.

The Roadtrek CS receives a major overhaul in its exterior that include wide windows, side skirts, roof rack, and six colors to choose from. For those in need of extra space for their camping equipment, the maker of the van offers an optional XL package that gives the auto an extra 18-inch length for storage.

Going inside will reveal the functionality of a small home. These include a 26-gallon water tank, microwave, water heater, water filtering system, refrigerator, bathroom, toilet, sink, and a sleeping capacity of up to six people. In addition, it has the high-end Mercedes tech like blind spot monitoring, collision prevention, high beam assist, and lane keeping.

The Roadtrek CS is powered by a six-cylinder diesel engine. It is capable of producing up to 188 hp and 325 lb-ft of torque distributed through a five-speed transmission gearbox.
