Mercedes-AMG GT Given Military Camouflage
Peter Parcon March 27, 2016Some people consider the use of military camouflage on a car rather unsightly, but there are some instances when the car simply looks notable when these types of wrapping are used. One such car is a Mercedes-AMG GT seen sporting military camouflage, as shown on a report from motorward.com.
In addition to its camouflage wrapping, this particular Edition 1 of the AMG GT features a carbon aero kit as well as special matte black wheels. The full custom treatment also gave it logos, a blacked-out grille and the three-pointed star on its hood. The three-pointed star on the nose of this AMG GT is typically found on the luxury models of the manufacturer from German since sports models only receive a flat badge. This simply shows the owner of this unit likes it on his luxury sports car.
The Mercedes-AMG GT S features a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine offering a power output of 510 HP and torque of 479 lb-ft. The engine is mated with a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission system, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h within 3.5 seconds.
