Recently, Mercedes-Benz released a new TV commercial for its new C-Class Coupe. The video was also uploaded by the company via its official YouTube channel, which you can see below.

The new Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupe TV ad is titled “Confession.” The description of the video says, “Atonement means sacrifice. But only those who forego something truly elementary demonstrate true humility—especially when it comes to driving a Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupé.”

It starts with a guy being advised by priest after making a confession. The priest tells him that he can only redeem himself through a great sacrifice. Later, that “great sacrifice” is displayed by the man.

So what could that be? Watch the video here to find out.

Spoiler Alert!

Apparently, the sacrifice turns out to be foregoing the chance to drive the Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupe. The man takes a great deal of effort to resist taking the steering wheel of the car by handing the keys to his wife, or probably girlfriend, who then gleams with excitement for the moment given to her. Near the end of the video, the woman tells the guy she loves him as she speeds through the road, taking all the excitement with her.

About the Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupe

The C-Class Coupe is available in different engine trims. The C180 is equipped with a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine rated at 184 hp. The 2.0-liter C200 has 184 hp. Then the C250 has 211 hp. Last of the standard models is the C300 with the same 2.0-liter engine but with 245 hp.

Mercedes-Benz USA notes that the two diesel variants of the C-Class Coupe have 170 hp and 204 hp within their enhanced four-cylinder power unit, which is mated to an eco-friendly SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) technology to significantly reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
