Performaster Boosts Power Of Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG Shooting Brake

Gone are the days when a 2-liter engine offering 360 HP was sufficient for luxury vehicle manufacturers. These days, companies are looking to upgrade the engine of their vehicles, including the 45 AMG models of Mercedes-Benz. The 45 AMG range of the German luxury vehicle manufacturer was given the M133, which allows it to produce at least 381 HP of power.
Due to this, a number of aftermarket tuners are aiming to get their hands on the M133. The latest tuning specialist to work on the M133 is Performaster. The aftermarket developer from Germany designed a power pack specifically made for the 45 AMG range of Mercedes-Benz, and the Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG Shooting Brake was selected to promote its tuning kit, as shown on a report from autoevolution.com
The tuning specialist worked on a power box that increased the power output and torque of the CLA 45 AMG to 410 HP and 530 Nm, respectively.
In addition to the power boost, Performaster also adjusted the electronically limited top speed of the luxury vehicle. The tuning specialist increased its top speed to 280 km/h or 174 mph from 250 km/h or 155 mph.
The Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG Shooting Brake is a remarkable vehicle in itself with its notable overall balance. While there are a number of faster vehicles in the market along with vehicles offering better comfort for both the passengers and drivers, the luxury vehicle offers an overall balance that is not easily matched.
Even as new tuning kit for the Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG Shooting Brake is wonderful to have, some industry watchers are more interested in kits capable of converting stock vehicles to allow them to have a power output of at least 500 HP.
