Here’s the New Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe Ad

Giancarlo Perlas June 25, 2015

Mercedes-Benz UK just posted a 40-second ad in YouTube showcasing the new S-Class Coupe in all its glory.

The video starts with a close-up of the amazing front of the coupe, displaying its single grille design, sharp headlights, and bumpers. Then the viewer is given a top view of the car, providing one a chance to appreciate the beauty of the fine lines running through its hood, get a peek at the interior of it through its opened sunroof, and witness its sloping roofline going to the rear. After that, it speeds in broad daylight showing how its lines, curves and finish strikingly play with natural light. All these are done artistically to let the person watching see all the angles of the car that bares the ingenuity of the minds behind its styling.

The Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe video package comes with the operatic tune of the Nolanverse Dark Knight music playing in the background, which probably had some thinking that the Batman might actually make a special appearance in somewhere in the clip.

The latest Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe starts with the S500 model. It is equipped with a 4.7-liter biturbo V8 engine under its hood, giving it an output of 455 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. All its power is distributed through a nine-speed automatic transmission gearbox, providing it an acceleration from zero to 62 mph in just a span of 4.6 seconds. Its top speed is estimated to be electronically-limited at 155 mph.

Interested buyers could get this starting at £95,035, including VAT.
