Mercedes-Benz CLK DTM AMG Convertible Found In Riyadh Showroom
Peter Parcon May 25, 2015A Mercedes-Benz CLK DTM AMG Convertible was found at the showroom of Seven Car Lounge in Riyadh, as indicated on a report from gtspirit.com. The extremely rare luxury vehicle was made available for sale by the Saudi exotic car dealership.
This 2007 model of the CLK DTM AMG Convertible only has 9,400 kilometers on its odometer. It has a white finish and features bright chrome wheels with silver brake calibers. The CLK DTM AMG Convertible also has a number of carbon fiber components, including its central console, rear wings, and the back part of its seats. Black leather covers the interior of the luxury vehicle.
It is important to take note that Mercedes-Benz only released 80 units of this impressive-looking luxury convertible in the market. While it features the same 6.4-liter V8 turbo-charged engine of the SLR, it does not offer the same 620 HP power output of the SLR. Instead the power output of the CLK DTM AMG Convertible was reduced to 582 HP.
But, a number of industry watchers revealed that the CLK DTM AMG Convertible was not detuned and its engine is still capable of producing 620HP of power. It is capable of going past the 320 km/h level, which makes it among the fastest four-seat convertibles ever released into the market.
The exterior of the Mercedes-Benz CLK DTM AMG Convertible features plastic body panels and a body kit with flared wheel arches.
