Mercedes-Benz CLA Gets a Street Art Design in Berlin
Giancarlo Perlas May 22, 2015Gone were the days when Mercedes-Benz used to be ridiculed as a manufacturer of a bunch of “old men’s cars.” In this age, the brand is now moving to younger buyers with its more affordable products featuring a mix of luxurious and stylish elements that cater to the preferences of a wider range of customers. Its customizable trait is also a plus, particularly to customers who would like to rebel from the perceived norms of the society and those who would like to raise the bar when it comes to their rides’ power and performance.
Recently, the rapper Cro revealed a Mercedes-Benz CLA in Berlin with street art design. No particular template was followed in the style of the car’s finish. Its whole body was simply spray-painted with various graffiti similar to the walls usually found in the ghetto or some subways. The drawings and writings appeared to be done randomly. The CLA certainly looked cool and rebellious in its new body paint.

About the Mercedes-Benz CLA
The Mercedes-Benz CLA proved to be one of the best-sellers of the three-pointed star brand in North America. It offered another way for its company to reach out to younger buyers through its attractive design. But the top selling-point of the car is its affordability.
In the U.S., the Mercedes CLA was introduced with an MSRP of $29,900. It was significantly lower than the former entry-level sedan of the brand, which was the C-Class with a price of $38,200 during the CLA’s debut. However, due to the very high demand for the CLA, Mercedes was forced to increase its price. Currently, the starting price of the 2015 Mercedes CLA is at $31,080.
