New spy shots of the upcoming next-gen C-Class have surfaced on the Web, and the new batch provides those who are eagerly anticipating the 2015 model with some additional details for the exterior, and even some insights into the interior.
The 2015 C-Class seems to sport some minor revisions to the overall profile of the previous model. Some of the exterior parts are still shrouded, as are most of the interior furnishings.
It has been confirmed that one-fifth of the overall production will be coming from the automaker’s Tuscaloosa, Alabama facility. Having a good percentage of the production done in the US is good in that the units will be much closer to the intended market. While manufacturing overseas can be more cost-efficient, the US facility offers faster delivery and eliminates shipping costs.
