BBDO Belgium Ad Campaign Featuring the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate

The Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate boasts more space than the other cars its range and most of its rival executive wagons. The auto has a lot of leg room and the rear compartment can hold plenty of luggage. The capacity of the vehicle in holding cargo is greatly enhanced by folding its middle seats and inclining the front passenger seat.

Recently, BBDO Belgium, in partnership with the famous luxury car maker, released a new advertising campaign through bannering. A medium that—contrary to the E-Class estate—doesn’t have much space to offer, according to BBDO.

The promotion involved something the advertising agency called a “Transportable Banner”. It starts as a usual web advertising banner before it is revealed that it is indeed a material measuring more or less four arms’ length. Then, it is stuffed in the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate from the rear cargo door with much ease before the guys carrying it get a picture-perfect pose to prove their point.

I personally like this ad not only because it is simple and brief, but also due to the fact that it sure does speak a lot about the feature it wanted to highlight in the E-Class. Here’s the promotional video released by BBDO about their new advertising campaign:

Aside from the spacious interior of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate, among the other factors that have gained it positive reviews from critics were its improved fuel-economy, very low carbon emissions, no shortage of safety and comfort features, high-end technology, and impressive engine performance for an estate.
