Mercedes-Benz C-Class Night Package May Be Unveiled Next Month
Peter Parcon May 11, 2014The Mercedes-Benz C-Class Night Package is set to be introduced by the luxury vehicle manufacturer in the coming month, according to a report from worldcarfans.com.
Information of an upcoming Night Package was obtained recently by German media. It indicated that the package for the latest C-Class of Mercedes-Benz will be available in the market by June. The package will be available for the AMG Line. Among the enhancements it will offer for the C-Class are dark-tinted side and rear windows, glossy black diffuser, black chrome tailpipes, and glossy black mirror frames. The package will also feature a glossy front splitter high-black grille, and black anodized window frames.
Black accents will also be provided on the eighteen and nineteen-inch AMG wheels by the Mercedes-Benz C-Class Night Package. On the other hand, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class Estate will feature black anodized roof rails. The report also indicated that the S205 will be officially launched by the luxury vehicle manufacturer by May 23.
The 2014 C-Class has a longer hood and short overhangs while offering a modern look aimed at appealing to the younger market without isolating regular clients of the model. It is also the first vehicle in the market segment to feature air suspension with the AIRMATIC system. Fuel consumption of the vehicle was also reduced with the reduction of its weight compared to earlier models of the vehicle. Despite having little enhancements, the 2014 model of the vehicle has a more premium appearance compared to its predecessors.
The vehicle will feature a six-speed manual gearbox or a seven-speed 7G-TRONIC Plus automatic transmission. It will also offer a number of safety systems including the Adaptive Highbeam Assist Plus, Traffic Sign Assist, and Active Parking Assist system.
The luxury vehicle manufacturer is set to start deliveries of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class Night Package near the start of September.
