Other Nominees For The Supervisory Board

Together with Andrea Jung, who is a former Avon chief and first time candidate for the Supervisory Board of Daimler, Sari Baldauf and Dr. Jurgen Hambrecht are seeking for a reelection.
This was stated by PR Newswire in its recent report. The source claimed that the information was based on the agenda of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of Daimler AG that will be conducted in Berlin on April 10, 2013. The nomination is good for a five-year post and the proposals for the election will be agreed on during that event.
Baldauf has been a member of the company’s Supervisory Board since 2008 and a part of the Nomination Committee since 2011. She had a storied career in Nokia Corporation.
On the other hand, Hambrecht has been a part of Daimler’s Supervisory Board since 2008. His memberships also extended to the Presidential Committee and Mediation Committee of the company since 2011.
