Mercedes-Benz TV has been reworked and will be released tomorrow with an advanced concept and a new design. At www.mercedes-benz.tv viewers will get a new program, which comprises two magazines and changing theme channels.
In the Drive Magazine everything is centred on the products of Mercedes-Benz. In a two-week cycle the programme emblazes one subject from different perspectives.
As second channel, the monthly Mixed Tape Music Magazine, continues to introduce current music trends and upcoming artists.
Fascination, innovation and technology – In the Drive Magazine everything is centred on the products of Mercedes-Benz. In a two-week cycle the programme emblazes one subject from different perspectives. After the success in the Formula 1 Championship the first issue of the Drive Magazine is dedicated to the sporty cars and their drivers. DTM driver Susie Stoddart guides viewers through the show, which is normally hosted by anchorwoman Tanja Bülter. As second channel the monthly Mixed Tape Music Magazine continues to introduce current music trends and upcoming artists. Theme channels for current Mercedes-Benz issues, such as the sustainability project PANGAEA, complete the magazines. An assortment of about 90 articles, which have been broadcast since the launch of Mercedes-Benz TV in July 2007, is further available on demand, and easily retrievable via a menu or searching function.
With the relaunch the internet broadcast station presents the products and facets of the Mercedes-Benz brand in premium film quality and an optimised TV format. The viewer gets a real online TV experience, which is intensified by the integrated Motion Light. The browser thereby adapts the colour of the picture atmosphere to the current article.
The Drive Magazine will henceforth be available as a podcast in iTunes and the articles of the magazine will also be available in the brand channel of Mercedes-Benz TV on YouTube. Since October 2008 the brand broadcast has also been available at www.mercedes-benz.mobi for mobile devices.
