Mercedes CLS 550 AMG Turned Into a Hideous Car

The Mercedes CLS 550 AMG with a design probably inspired by the face of a locomotive or some insect.

One dealer recently showed one good idea about what to avoid when customizing a Mercedes CLS 550 AMG. It’s this particular type of body kit that you should do away with.

I don’t know where the previous owner got his or her inspiration for the design of the CLS here, but it surely is hideous. The person might have had his or her head somewhere in Bizarro World when it was conceptualized. The car does remind me though of the face of a dragonfly, and a locomotive.

Staring at it makes me think of sick things like jumping behind its steering wheel and ramming its ugly nose to anything that may come across the way, Carmageddon or Twisted Metal style. Not because I am a violent video game nut but I just want to crash it somewhere. An alternative to prevent injury and other property damage would be getting the four-door coupe on full speed, and jumping off it seconds before it gets thrown down a high cliff.

Now here’s where it gets funny or weird, depending on how you want to look at the situation: the dealer of the car branded it as having a “unique” body kit. Then, they placed a $45,000 price tag on it like anyone would be crazy enough to buy it, according to MBWorld.
