The guys over at WorldCarFans have received some nice spy-shots of what should be a new CLS. Well it won’t be a new gen, but only a facelift, as the CLS is only about 3 years old. The photos are showing a somewhat coved CLS in cold weather testing. The most noticeable changes are of course the front grill, which will be similar to the new Mercedes cars. The taillights will also receive a new design that should all come to light in 2008.
Here is a picture of the current one just to compare the new CLS.

As an ‘07 CLS owner, not sure I see much here. Looks like the picture is of the current AMG model grill with distronic.

The lower picture is of the current model, but the top picture (which I cut to avoid any legal stuff) is supposedly the new CLS.
You are right, the details are not very significant, but the spies have caught it testing, so we know they are planning something.

The picture is real, there won’t be much change on the CLS facelift beside the front grill and tail pipes.
