A great review from the Car Magazine guys, pointing out some things that they don’t seem to like and others that they adore. They feel that the interior lacks character, but they do acknowledge the quality in the interior. The one sentance that really sums up the entire review in my opinion is when they said:
If kitchen sinks designed cars, even they would have been thrown into this project. It’s been ferociously analysed but the end result isn’t overkill - this is the most complete entry-level (real) Merc since the ’83 190.
Now if that is not a compliment, then what is?

This is Mercedes what it used to be.
And I still can’t wait for E-class to come.
