This sure is an unusual test that Auto-moto-und-Sport did, by comparing the Audi Q7 3.0 TDI, BMW X5 3.0d and Mercedes R 320 CDI. Instead of comparing the Q7 and X5 with the GL, they chose to do it with the R-class. I am not sure how they view the R-class in Germany and in the rest of Europe, but in the States, the R-class is considered a minivan. While it may be a “minivan” it sure did not perform like one; just watch and you’ll see.
